The house was last renovated in 2013 and is furnished with upholstered furniture, dining area, TV with Danish and German programmes as well as Chromecast which allows streaming of TV / radio / Apps and DVD player. A cosy wood-burning stove and heat pump ensure a lower electricity bill and extra cosiness and warmth on the raw days by the North Sea. Practical kitchen corner with, among other things, dishwasher, ceramic hob, built-in oven, extractor hood and fridge with freezer compartment. Lovely bathroom with toilet, sink, shower cubicle and tiled floor with underfloor heating and washing machine. There are practical tiled floors with underfloor heating throughout the house. From the living room there is access to a lovely covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. There is also a lovely morning terrace along the house. The house is hidden behind a row of trees which both provide shelter – but also ensure a particularly undisturbed holiday. A really good holiday home with the perfect location on a lovely dune ground very close to the unique North Sea which is worth a daily visit both on sunny and windy days. Hop in the car or take the bike and fetch fresh bread for the family at the nearby supermarkets.
