This lovely stone house was newly renovated in 2009 and today appears exceptionally bright and welcoming. The house is situated on a large natural plot of 1,900 m² and only 170 metres from the sea, which provides a fantastic combination of peace, nature and proximity to the beach.

House layout
On the ground floor there is a large, cosy living room with fireplace and satellite TV (with German channels). The kitchen is well equipped with a glass ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, making cooking both easy and convenient. In addition, there are two bathrooms with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating; the large bathroom has a spa and access to a sauna.

The house has three bedrooms: one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and two bedrooms on the first floor, both with double beds. Throughout the house there are beautiful wooden floors. There is internet, underfloor heating in the kitchen, living room and both bathrooms with shower. The house is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. As a tenant you also have free access to Wærket in Thyborøn, which includes a swimming pool. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box installed at the house.

Surroundings
Outdoors there is a large terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, where you can enjoy the sun and nature. The house is close to the North Sea, and the beach offers many activities such as swimming, fishing, sandcastle building and play. The area around the house is also ideal for hiking and cycling, so both active and relaxed holiday guests can have an eventful holiday.
