House layout The holiday home is spread over two floors and at 145 m² there is room for the whole family. The house is very well maintained and tastefully furnished with light walls and comfortable furniture, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere.

The house has all modern conveniences that make everyday life easier, including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, refrigerator with 60 l freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher.

The living rooms feature a wood-burning stove, Smart TV with Danish channels and satellite (German channels only), possibility for streaming TV, radio and apps as well as stereo system with CD. On the first floor there is an additional living room with stereo system.

There are three bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor), and two bathrooms – one with shower on the ground floor and one smaller toilet/bathroom on the first floor. The house has a new air-to-water heat pump system, which makes it particularly energy-efficient and provides lower consumption. Free internet access is included.

House surroundings The house is located on a large, fenced natural plot with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and grill, perfect for outdoor enjoyment.

Just a short drive from the house lies the market town of Lemvig and the fishing village of Thyborøn with good shopping opportunities, restaurants and exciting attractions. The area around Vrist is ideal for hiking and cycling trips, and the North Sea is always nearby with its beautiful beaches and scenic surroundings.
