Lovely living room with leather furniture, bluetooth speaker and steep stairs to the 1st floor. Relax in front of the crackling wood-burning stove which together with the heat pump helps reduce the cost of the heating bill. TV with Danish and German programmes as well as the option to stream TV / radio / Apps via Chromecast, so if you have a mobile phone or another device you can stream whatever subscription you have. The dining table is conveniently placed right by the kitchen area. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Cot and high chair for the little residents. Practical hard floors throughout the house. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging point at the house. Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed. Surroundings of the house The house is located on a natural plot of about 1,250 m2. From the living room there is access to a lovely terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill which can be moved around as desired. Lovely house that has been beautifully modernized with respect for the old style. The house is close to the North Sea, which always invites you for a fresh walk or run. The area's grocer has seasonal opening and is about 250 m from the house and in season offers fresh morning bread. Daily shopping can also be done here. The area's restaurant is also about 3,000 m from the house. 10 - 15 km from the house you can reach several activities and shopping opportunities.
