Welcome to our beautiful and environmentally friendly pool house of 212 sqm, where relaxation, nature and community go hand in hand. The house is situated on a large, unobstructed plot with a very special private "forest" – a rarity in the area – where you can find peace and enjoy life in our four hammocks and hanging chair. A perfect retreat to unwind with a good book, take an afternoon nap or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere surrounded by trees and birdsong. Just 250 metres from the roaring coast of the North Sea, you get the best of both worlds here: fresh sea air, nature's tranquility and plenty of opportunities for an active holiday with hiking and cycling routes right outside the door. The House – Comfort and community in focus Here there is room for up to 10 people distributed across four cosy bedrooms and an alcove, which children and adults love as their own private retreat. In the house you will find two lovely living rooms with comfortable leather furniture, wood-burning stove and stereo system – perfect for cosy evenings with family or friends. Enjoy your favourite film or music on the new TVs with around 30 channels, as well as Chromecast or have a go on the PS3, which also functions as a DVD player. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals while you keep an eye on the pool activities through the large glass panels in the pool room. Here the pool is extra large (3.5 x 7 m) and environmentally heated with a heat pump to approx. 30 degrees (Let us know if a different temperature is desired), and you also have a relaxing hot tub and a sauna – pure luxury and wellbeing on holiday. Outdoor life and nature experiences The outdoor area offers plenty of space with new comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers and gas grill, inviting long, relaxed barbecue evenings under the open sky. In our unique private forest area you can really breathe deeply and enjoy the total peace and quiet – it is an experience that gives a special X-factor and peace of mind that you don't find in many places in the area. Experience the area's magnificent nature with many hiking and cycling routes right outside. Explore along the coast just 250m away, or on the charming small roads that wind through the landscape. The area is known for its peace and quiet, making it the ideal place for those who want to completely switch off from everyday stress. Environmental awareness in everyday life We place emphasis on sustainability and have optimised the house with energy-saving solutions such as LED lighting, new energy-efficient TVs etc. as well as a heat pump for the house and pool with low electricity consumption – a choice that suits the environmentally conscious guest who wants to enjoy their holiday without compromising on climate. There are also recycling facilities nearby where waste can be sorted and thus disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
