Between the living room and kitchen is the dining table with chairs and at the end of the house is the actual living room. Here there is a sofa group with a coffee table. A wood-burning stove and heat pump ensure that everyone can stay warm all year round while also saving on consumption. There is also a smart TV with the option to watch German and Danish TV, DVD player as well as streaming of TV, radio and apps via Chromecast. The holiday home is situated on approximately 900 square metres of open natural ground only 350 m from the North Sea. The house has an open and partially covered terrace area with both a grill, garden furniture and sun loungers. In the tool shed there is extra sleeping space. The house is directly next to one of the area's playgrounds. There is only 150 metres to Vejlby Torv where there is a shop open from Easter through October. If you continue from there you quickly reach the North Sea, which can be accessed via a passage for people with mobility difficulties, which is also good if you need to bring a pull wagon or pram to the beach. Approximately 600 metres south of the house is Ferring Lake, where you can take many walks. Perfect and particularly tastefully furnished for both couples and small families.
