Nice bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink, underfloor heating and direct access to "laundry room" with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra cupboard space. Well-equipped kitchen corner with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood and fridge with freezer compartment. Nicely furnished living room with leather furniture, TV with Danish and German channels, wood-burning stove, heat pump as well as dining area and access to terrace. High chair for children. The house has wooden floors throughout. Pets are not allowed. Mandatory final cleaning

House surroundings
From the living room there is access to a large and partly covered terrace, which faces perfectly towards the south, and continues around the east side of the house, where you can enjoy the morning sun. The entire terrace is surrounded by a fence. Garden furniture, parasol and grill. The area around Vejlby and Ferring Lake is not far from the roaring North Sea and the beach, so nature invites you to outdoor activities all year round - whether it's walks in the landscape around the lake or a beach trip. It is not far to grocery shops in both Vejlby and Harboøre - And if you are in a car you can drive to Lemvig - 'The City of Smiles' or the very popular tourist town Thyborøn, where you will find several grocery shops as well as well-functioning retail in both places.
