The house contains a kitchen-dining room with a cozy living room as well as a spacious bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the garden.
In the attached annex there is room for up to five overnight guests. The annex contains a bedroom with single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed as well as a TV room with a sofa bed and armchair that can be unfolded into an extra bed. This gives a total of up to seven sleeping places on the property. The TV room is ideal for relaxation, movie nights or a quiet moment with a book and a view of the garden through the large window.
The property is completely undisturbed, surrounded by trees and with good distance to neighbors – here you get true peace, quiet and privacy. Nature can be enjoyed right outside the door, but both forest and beach are also nearby.
The holiday home is located near Nakskov, where you will find good shopping opportunities, cozy cafés and a train station. If you are coming from Fyn, you will quickly get there via the ferry to Tårs Havn. Just one kilometer from the house you will find the award-winning Frederiksdal Cherry Wine, where you can taste their wine and take a walk in the beautiful Eventyrskov.
Distances to popular attractions:
- Nakskov – 15 min.
- Dodekalitten – 30 min.
- Lalandia – 40 min.
- Knuthenborg Safaripark – 40 min.

The house and annex are heated with a heat pump, and there is underfloor heating in the kitchen, bathroom and annex.
You will find basic necessities in the house, but please also bring the following:
- Dishwasher tablets
- Toilet paper
- Hand soap
- Garbage bags
- Cleaning cloths
- Toothpaste
- Fancy spices
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, so if advanced cooking is to be done, it is recommended to bring your own favorite utensils. On the terrace there is a gas grill, which can be used freely.
The bathroom has a 90-liter hot water tank, which provides plenty of hot water for normal use.
We have a dog ourselves, and well-behaved, furry friends are welcome – but not on the furniture, and we ask that you pick up after them in the garden before departure.
