Cosy and authentic holiday home within walking distance to forest and beach. The house is 60 sqm with an adjoining annex of 12 sqm. It is located in a beautiful area in Hasle Lystskov close to Rubinsøen and only 400 metres from the beach with the slag tip which is a fantastic moonscape. You can also easily walk to the cosy Hasle Røgeri which is the only smokery on Bornholm that still smokes using the old method. Furthermore, Hasle offers a cosy harbour environment with a lovely harbour bath. If you have small children, there is a 300-metre walk to the water park at the campsite.

The house has a covered terrace with heat lamp in a small atrium garden where you are completely undisturbed. The plot itself is 1200 sqm, so there is a large garden around the house where there is a large trampoline and plenty of space for play. In the shed you can find various toys and on the terrace there is a table football game. There is also a fire pit for evening cosiness.
There are garden furniture in both the small and the large garden, and various deckchairs are in the shed. On the terrace there is a gas grill.

The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The second bedroom is the annex which is positioned at an angle to the house. There are two beds in the bedroom in a small double bed and 2 beds in the living room where there is a large and good sofa bed. In the annex there are also 2 beds in a regular double bed and a sleeping chair that can be folded out into a mattress and can be placed wherever you want in the house. Furthermore there is a guest bed in the shed. There are no doors in the main house except to the toilet. The bedroom is separated by a thick velour curtain, and the entrance and kitchen can be separated by a bamboo door curtain.

In the cooler months the house is heated with a heat pump and/or wood-burning stove. There is an electric radiator in the bedroom and in the annex. In the bathroom there is also both a heat blower and underfloor heating.

There is mobile broadband and the TV has Chromecast so you can cast the TV channels and streaming services you have on your own devices.

In the garage there are 4 bicycles you are welcome to use.

It should be mentioned that the house is now painted black just as the floors are painted white except for the entrance.
