Lovely located former country estate rented out as a holiday home. The property is located on approximately 90.000m2 of beautiful natural grounds with fields and forest. There is also walking distance to the beach. (Approximately 12 minutes' walk).

The holiday home is pleasantly and quietly located without nearby neighbours, surrounded by forest and with a fine view of the meadow, where horses graze throughout the summer.

The property is ideal for the large family or group of friends (11 beds + an extra mattress). Note that there are for example 2 dishwashers in the kitchen room. There are also 2 refrigerators and 2 ovens in the house.
The kitchen room alone is 60m2, so there is room for everyone.

The property has 5 bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed. There is also a large entrance hall, a large kitchen room, 2 bathrooms, an older kitchen and a cosy living room. (Note that one of the bathrooms only has an outdoor shower – with hot water of course, so the shower bath can be enjoyed under the open sky.!),

The property has 3 terraces. A northwest-facing terrace, which is especially lovely in the mornings and evenings throughout the summer. There is also a covered west-facing terrace, where you can grill and enjoy even the cool summer evenings. There is a cosy enclosed courtyard terrace facing south southwest. There is also a small east-facing terrace in the front garden.

There are generally many activities for the holiday. These include TANKKD Stock tank pool, football pitch, trampoline, garden games and children's slide outdoors. If the weather is bad there are board games, darts, table tennis table or you can go out in the barn, where there are work benches, tools and materials to make kites, bird boxes or insect hotels.

It should be noted that the farm is kept according to the "wild by design" principle. There are plenty of birds and insects and nature (read weeds) grows freely except on the football pitch and terrace areas. For this reason, cats are unfortunately not welcome.

Dogs are welcome, as long as there is no damage to the house and contents…

In the area there are many fine experiences for the holiday. For example Lille Vildmose and not least the cosy holiday atmosphere in nearby Øster Hurup, where there are various activities especially in the summer. The area around Rold Skov and Rebild Bakker can also be warmly recommended for day trips as well as the area around Mariager Fjord in general.
