This spacious holiday home of 200 m² is located directly by the water and is designed for holidays where multiple generations can be together – and at the same time have space for themselves. The house is divided into two connected units, which makes it easy to combine community and privacy.

The accommodation has four bedrooms and a total of 12 sleeping places. One part is spread over two floors with kitchen-dining room on the ground floor and three bedrooms, bathroom and living room upstairs. From here there is access to a terrace with views over the water and sunsets that set the pace down.

The other unit is on the ground floor and contains an open kitchen, living room with space for a long dining table, bedroom and bathroom. This division is ideal for grandparents or guests who wish to avoid stairs, while the whole family can still gather together.

With two kitchens and two living areas, the house is perfect for large dinners, shared cooking and holidays all year round. There is room for both everyday cosiness, celebrations and long stays with several families under the same roof.

The area offers particularly attractive holiday qualities. From the house there is direct access to a bathing beach, and a short walk leads to the harbour with supermarket, restaurants, playground and public transport. It buzzes with life in the summer months, without the area losing its peace.

The harbour is also the starting point for ferries to Sejerø and Nekselø. The combination of water, harbour life and proximity makes the place ideal for a relaxed holiday with experiences right outside the door.
