This modern and luxurious summer house of 106 m² accommodates eight people distributed across three bedrooms and a loft. The location close to the coast makes it ideal for families and groups who want to combine beach life, shared activities and relaxation. Indoors, the house is furnished for year-round stays. A heat pump and wood-burning stove ensure comfortable temperatures, and internet provides the opportunity for both work and streaming. On the first floor you will find a cosy TV room with a balcony and sea views. The large garden invites outdoor living with a trampoline, bonfire area and plenty of space for play. Several terraces offer the opportunity to find both sun and shade throughout the day. Adjacent to the kitchen, you have access to our large outdoor kitchen, equipped with both sink, oven and hob, making it possible to cook and enjoy meals outdoors as well. When the weather calls for indoor activities, there is both table football and table tennis, making the house suitable for active socialising. Here are good conditions for being together, but also for retreating. Just 150 metres from the beach you can start the day with a dip or a quiet walk along the water. From the house there is a sea view, so nature is always part of your stay. The area offers wide sandy beaches suitable for both swimming and long walks. The coast is known for its peaceful environment, and the surrounding paths invite cycling and hiking. In the local area you will find small harbour towns with restaurants, ice cream shops and local life. There is a short distance to cultural and nature experiences, making it possible to combine quiet days by the beach with excursions.
