In the living room there is a spacious cosy area for relaxation while you can warm your feet by the wood-burning stove or enjoy the view towards the south, where a huge window section beautifully frames the landscape outside, or you can open the wide folding door so nature is invited right into the living room.
The holiday home is stylishly furnished with an eye for good quality and intelligent solutions, which can be felt among other things in the 2 well-appointed bathrooms which radiate beautiful details. When the sun shines, you can open the doors and step outside to spend the day on more than 120m2 of wooden terrace and enjoy the sun or find shade under the 25m2 covered terrace. Here the staggered facades always provide the opportunity to find shelter, shade or a lovely sunny spot as needed. When darkness falls, you can enjoy a glass of wine in the twilight and feel how peace settles around you, while the stars peep out in the sky over the water.

The house's location at Skovgårde near Fjellerup on Norddjurs is centrally situated close to Mols' cultural offerings and diverse landscapes right at hand and only 20 minutes' drive from Djurs Sommerland.

The desire for outdoor life can easily be indulged in the garden which is laid out on several levels, the south-/west-facing garden with grass lies behind the house so you can stay in the sun unhindered throughout the day, which can also be concluded with the preparation of dinner on the large gas grill.
From the bench on the high-situated plateau in the front garden you can enjoy the sunset with a view towards the north out over the water with a cool drink.
