In the summer of 2025, the house underwent a minor renovation, featuring a new kitchen and the addition of a warm yellow tone on the walls of the open-plan living area – enhancing the space with a truly welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.

The holiday home is designed to bring people together, offering ample opportunity to enjoy each other's company both indoors and outside on the lovely terraces.

The house features 3 inviting bedrooms, each designed with relaxation and tranquillity in mind, so you can wake up refreshed and well-rested for a new day filled with adventures and memories. There is also a spacious bathroom with a shower. The large living area invites you to unwind and spend quality time together, especially when the weather does not allow for outdoor activities.

A charming pergola has been newly built, offering a secluded spot to savour your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Outdoors, small oases have been created, inviting relaxation and social moments in the fresh sea air. For additional relaxation, indulge in a soothing session in the outdoor spa. The large lawn surrounding the house provides ample space for ball games and children’s play.
