With fresh air, the sound of the waves, and panoramic views of the sea and Hirtshals lighthouse, this new luxury holiday home in Nørlev delivers on all holiday expectations. Perched on a hillside in Nørlev’s scenic dunes, this architect-designed home offers stunning views of the landscape and sea, which are ever-present in the house’s layout. Thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind, the home is sustainably built with thermally treated pine and features geothermal underfloor heating throughout. An electric vehicle charging station is also installed.

The home includes a spacious entrance, a large living room, and an open kitchen-living area, as well as three large bedrooms, all with double beds and ocean views. The two bathrooms are conveniently located near the bedrooms, with direct access from the master bedroom to its own bathroom. High ceilings and large panoramic windows in the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen enhance the connection with the surrounding nature. These windows act as beautiful paintings in each room, with the changing weather offering a unique view every day. From the living areas, there’s access to two wonderful terraces—an open, south-facing terrace and a covered, west-facing terrace. Here, you can move around depending on sun and wind. On cooler evenings, light the wood stove and enjoy the warmth and views from the living room.

Outdoor Area

The home offers two lovely terraces, one enclosed by a low wall, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a meal in privacy and shelter. The other terrace faces west and is covered, making it an ideal spot for a cozy BBQ evening while watching the most stunning sunset over the horizon. There is also an outdoor shower by the house, so after a trip to the beach, you can rinse off sand and saltwater. Along the northern edge of the property, a small path leads directly down to the beach.
 

Activities and Experiences in the Area

The home is situated in the popular holiday area of Nørlev, known for its beautiful sandy beach and dune landscape. Visit Haws Nørlev for a delicious ice cream or coffee on their lovely terrace, or dive into the waves with a paddleboard or surfboard. Nearby is the charming coastal town of Lønstrup, just a 10-minute drive from the house. Here, you’ll find cozy cafés, restaurants, and small, charming shops. It’s also a great place to visit many open studios of local artisans around town. For a more active holiday, visit Skallerup Seaside Resort, just 2 km from the house, offering a water park, sports hall, outdoor paddle court, play areas, mini-golf, and a wonderful wellness area. You’ll also find a grocery store, pizzeria, bistro, and restaurant at the center for all your needs, whether dining out or bringing dinner back to the holiday home.
