Only 30 meters from the house, a private path leads directly to the sand – a location that simply cannot be better! As an added bonus: Walk just 75 meters further along the beach, and the stone barrier disappears, revealing a wide, white sandy beach perfect for sunbathing and refreshing swims in the clear ocean.

The house welcomes you with a functional, covered entrance area where there is ample space for shoes and jackets before stepping into the bright and inviting living area. Here, you will find a well-equipped kitchen in open connection with the dining area and a cozy sofa corner. Large windows allow stunning views of the dunes and the roaring North Sea while filling the room with natural light.

From the living area, a small hallway leads to a single bedroom, a double bedroom, and a spacious, bright bathroom with a shower and towel warmer. Both the bedroom and the bathroom offer direct access to the east-facing terrace and the outdoor shower.

The house is energy-efficient, heated by a heat pump combined with a wood-burning stove, ensuring a warm and cozy atmosphere throughout the year. Additionally, a charging station for electric vehicles is available.

Outdoor Area

From the living room, you can open the large sliding door and step out onto a lovely terrace surrounded by a low fence. Here, you can enjoy all your meals while listening to the soothing sound of the ocean on the other side of the dune – and experience unforgettable sunsets from the terrace steps.

There are also charming terrace areas on the east side of the house, the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee. Sit back in the lounge area and breathe in the fresh sea air – it doesn’t get much better than this!
