Well-maintained holiday home next to the small lake Kolsjön.

The house is completely isolated and undisturbed at the far end of a peninsula. There is a large, glass-enclosed veranda with lake views on 3 sides. The boat dock is only 10 meters from the house. Here you can sit and enjoy the sunset while fishing.

Hopefully you will catch a pike and some perch, which you can grill and eat on the dock – an unforgettable nature experience in the heart of Småland, when life is at its best. Should the weather be a bit troublesome, you can light a fire in the open fireplace and just relax.

In the bedroom there are 2 beds in a bed that is 140 cm wide, and the sofa bed in the living room is 160 cm wide and also has room for 2 people.

Here is a color TV with free Swedish channels as well as a DVD with plenty of films and a radio. There is also an open fireplace.

Kitchen with hob, cold and hot water, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, small oven and vacuum cleaner.

The toilet is an environmentally friendly combustion toilet (instructions on site). The owner always ensures that the toilet is cleaned before arrival and again after departure. You of course clean yourselves, as is customary in Sweden, but the house owner is always in the house before guests arrive to ensure that the holiday home is completely ready to receive guests.

Here is electric heating, electric lighting, grill, natural grounds of 1000 m2, mixed furnishings and panoramic views.

NOTE: There is a 13-foot rowing boat as well as canoe and life jackets in several sizes available, and this is included in the rental.
