Kitchen-dining room: The large and open kitchen-dining room is the heart of the home, with space for both cooking and cosy moments. Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and everything you need for cooking. Direct access to the terrace, where meals can be enjoyed in the sun. Living room: A bright and inviting living room with large windows that offer a beautiful view of the garden. Enjoy the evenings in front of the new fireplace (firewood can be purchased) or let the sunlight fill the room during the day. Bathroom: Decorated in light, Nordic tones with underfloor heating and a spacious shower cubicle – the perfect place to start or end your day. Entrance/hallway: Practically furnished with washing machine and plenty of cupboard space for storage. Bedroom: Double bed. A baby guest bed can be ordered. Room: Comfortable bunk bed (2x90x200), perfect for children or adults. Garden: A soft and well-maintained lawn, perfect for play, ball games or just relaxation. Facilities: Garden furniture, outdoor shower and plenty of space to enjoy nature. Parking: Good space in the driveway with room for up to 5 cars. Location: With its location in Høll, Børkop, between Vejle and Fredericia, the summer house is the perfect base for both relaxation and experiences: • 300 metres to the beach. • 3 km to the nearest supermarket. • Driving times: • 10 min to Fredericia. • 20 min to Vejle. • 30 min to Kolding. • 40 min to Billund (Legoland, Lalandia and airport).
