The house has 2 TVs with many channels (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and German) as well as access to several streaming services, so there is entertainment for both children and adults. The kitchen is well-equipped and makes it easy to prepare everything from breakfast to dinner. In addition, the house has a good bathroom, and the practical facilities make it ideal for both short and longer stays. Outside awaits a large lawn with space for ball games and play. Here you will find a sandbox, trampoline, outdoor table tennis and darts. You can enjoy the sun on two terraces with garden furniture, and in the evening you can light the grill and eat outside. The area is perfect for a holiday with short distances to most things. There is approximately 800 m to the beach and approximately 300 m to shops. Within walking distance you will also find cafés, restaurants and mini golf, so you can easily combine relaxation with experiences. There are good excursion opportunities nearby, including Sommerland Sjælland, Anneberg and Nykøbing Sjællands Statshospital Museum. The house has a carport and space for several cars in the driveway.
