With its good 80 years behind it, the house bears the mark of a real summer-house atmosphere, low ceilings, cosiness and charm.
The house has undergone major renovation, so today it meets modern standards.
The house & grounds offer:
Entrance with good space for footwear and jackets.
Hallway with cosy corner and space for play.

Cosy living room with sofa arrangement and dining table. The living room invites you to quiet time, board games, reading aloud and Friday TamTam or
a film for the older family members.
TV and DVD player, as well as Chrome Cast for streaming. In addition, there is a satellite dish with German channels.

Good kitchen with fridge and freezer, ceramic cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and
cold and hot water.
Furthermore, the kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, bowls, crockery and various utensils.
The kitchen has direct access to the morning terrace.

The bedroom in connection with the kitchen has a 1½ single bed and a curtain as a "door" – alcove-like charm.
The bedroom in connection with the hallway has 2 bunk beds, i.e. 4 beds, which are occupied by teddy bears. However, it is usually possible to make an
arrangement with the teddy bears to share the beds for a while.
It is not recommended that you plan with adults in the upper bunks, the access route is simply too narrow due to the low ceiling.

Large bathroom with toilet, shower, cupboard and drawer space as well as washing machine.

Covered terrace with garden table and 6 chairs, as well as a ball grill.
Morning terrace with garden table and 4 chairs
Smaller terrace, with garden table, 4 chairs and fire pit, is in connection with the covered terrace.
Large grounds with lawn inviting ball games and play as well as swing frame with 3 swings. One of which is a baby swing.
The back garden with the 3 terraces and lawn lies undisturbed with living hedge around it. So the 2 sun loungers can be enjoyed in peace and quiet.
Parking in the front garden with space for 5 cars

Just 330 metres from the house is Høve beach, which is a lovely child-friendly sandy and stony beach. The further you go to the right, the fewer stones.
Along the beach lies Høve forest, which offers walks under the Danish beeches, views over Sejerø Bay, babbling streams and a grill area at the beach edge.

If you want to go a bit further afield, there are good bus connections a few hundred metres from the house -
(The bus stop is called Ahornvej, Odsherred. Then you can plan your trip)

Odsherred has EVERYTHING from art museums, to wild amusements to magnificent nature.
It's just about getting your holiday arranged so it becomes your best holiday.
