Cozy and charming little holiday home in a peaceful holiday-home area on Lolland's beautiful south coast, just 500 metres from a bathing beach. In the nearby area is the local lovely Kramnitze harbour, a small shop as well as several restaurants and an ice-cream parlour.

The holiday home is newly renovated and the furnishings are simple and tasteful. The house is 45 square metres and is suitable for 4 people. It consists of a functional kitchen located in connection with the living room, two smaller bedrooms as well as a nicely furnished heated annex. In addition there is a cosy loft, where you can easily lie down and relax. It has a heat pump, electric radiators and a wood-burning stove.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator with small freezer and induction hob with convection oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is 1 bathroom with shower cubicle and 1 toilet. There is a garden grill and hammock as well as wireless internet available.

The holiday home has a lovely unobstructed garden with large lawn and planting around it. The beautiful terrace connects the house and annex, and there is the possibility of both sun and shade throughout the day depending on where on the terrace you are. Since the terrace is partially covered it invites for late evenings under the outdoor lighting.

Adjacent to the terrace is a small wood-fired hot tub that can be heated with wood. Here you can lie under the starry sky in peace in the evening or cool down on warm days. There will typically be some wood at arrival to start up the hot tub or wood-burning stove, and additional wood can be purchased in the local area.

From the holiday home it is approximately 500 metres to the sea. The area around the holiday home has beautiful nature with rich wildlife and the surroundings are suitable for both peaceful stays and active excursions. Here you can walk along the coast on the dyke, follow paths in the open landscape and enjoy the captivating nature. The holiday home's location provides a really good starting point for trips around Lolland and Falster's many attractions or Møn and Sjælland. Here there is an abundance of small local experiences, cultural as well as culinary. If you want a trip to Copenhagen, it is approximately two hours' drive away just as the Rødby-Puttgarten ferry is 20 minutes' drive away.
