The house is located in a quiet setting, and there is a lawn with space for play and relaxation as well as a natural bathing area. To the west is a lovely large partially covered wooden terrace and to the east a covered outdoor area. The grounds are surrounded by trees and vegetation, which do not obstruct access to the sun.

The house is 52 km2 and is furnished with a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm), as well as an extra room with a sofa bed (140 cm) with space for 2 people. In the annex there are two additional sleeping places in bunk beds in a room of approximately 25 km2.

There is a short distance to shopping facilities, approximately 1 km, both within walking distance and by car. There is approximately 3 km to the attractive beach at Blokhus, which invites swimming and long walks. It is possible to walk/cycle most of the way via paths and through forest to both the town and the beach, and in the town you will find shops, cafes and restaurants.

In the area there are marked hiking routes through forest and plantation, and there are plenty of opportunities for excursions to attractions, as well as a short distance to Fårup Sommerland and Fun Art center as well as a golf course.
