Following extensive modernization in 2025, the house now presents itself as a modern and luxurious holiday paradise with a new large outdoor spa bath, a modernized pool area and beautiful terraces. The house is situated on a 3.000 m² large, undulating dune ground, where you can enjoy a completely undisturbed location in the middle of nature. From one terrace you have a fantastic view of our beautiful lighthouse – Nr. Lyngvig. In addition, there is plenty of opportunity for fun and games with table football or outdoor table tennis.

The holiday home has an area of 190 m² and accommodates 10 people and 2 pets. The 5 bedrooms in total are divided into 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. 2 modern bathrooms – both with shower and underfloor heating – complete the whole thing. The newly renovated kitchen is open towards the living room and dining area and has everything you need to cook in a relaxed holiday atmosphere, including a dishwasher. The large, south-facing windows ensure fantastic light in the living room and pool room. In front of the large flat-screen TV you can relax and watch your favourite films after an eventful day. An energy-efficient air-water heat pump provides the necessary warmth on colder days, and there is underfloor heating throughout the house. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The modernized pool area contains a 16 m² heated pool with a counter-current system, which is perfect for play and exercise. The sauna is located, like the second bathroom, in the pool area. From the living room and pool room you can access directly onto the sunny terrace behind the house, where the spa bath is also located.
