Large holiday home directly by the North Sea in Hvide Sande

At the northern end of Hvide Sande, close to the Danish North Sea, lies this beautiful holiday home, which was built in 1993, with a living area of 330 m³ on an almost 2040 m² large, mainly natural plot.

In the holiday home, a total of 16 people and 3 pets can spend their holiday together. Originally the house was built as a 2-family house, which was joined together into one. 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 2 kitchens guarantee sufficient space and privacy for individual families or several friends who want to spend their holiday here together. All bathrooms have showers, and in the largest bathroom there is also a hot tub and a sauna. In 6 of the spacious bedrooms – some with views over the dune landscape – there are double beds and plenty of storage space for your clothes. One of the bedrooms has a connecting door to the two-part dwelling.

There are 3 televisions with satellite connection, so you can watch your favourite films or news. There is also a stereo system with CD player. Make yourselves comfortable in front of the two fireplaces, listen to the crackling of the wood as the flames flare up, and immerse yourselves in interesting or exciting conversations. Furthermore, the house is heated energy-efficiently with district heating and is therefore economical in consumption.

In the activity room you can challenge each other at billiards, table football, air hockey or darts and have fun. Furthermore, for the sporty among you, you will find a small fitness corner with endurance and strength training equipment. Your children can romp around in the back part of the plot with swings, sandpit or a game of football.

On the south-west side there are 2 large terraces, which offer plenty of space for you all or for various outdoor activities. You can relax in the hot tub, enjoy communal barbecue evenings, let time fly by on the sun loungers or watch the sunset with the sound of the waves in the background. A cosy and wind-sheltered seating area right by the dunes down to the sea completes it all. This area on the plot is completely fenced in, so children and dogs can play safely outside.

In front next to the garage you will find a storage room, where there is space for an extra large freezer and space for your surf and/or fishing equipment. There is also an extra room for cleaning fish in this part of the building.

This is an authentic residential house in a Danish residential area that borders directly on the dunes. The public path to the North Sea with its long and wide sandy beach lies just to the right of the house and is separated from the plot by a high, visible fence. The nearest shopping facilities are just under 1.5 km away, and the lively centre of Hvide Sande with its restaurants, cafés, shops and harbour is 3.5 km away.
