There is room for up to 38 people and 2 pets, and with a total of 618 square meters there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy each other's company.

The rectory at Sønder Klitvej 30 is the obvious choice if you want to gather family or friends for a pleasant holiday close to the North Sea. The holiday home contains a total of 16 bedrooms with 14 double beds, 9 single beds and a sofa bed for one person.

The facilities make it easy to host larger events. Here you will find a spacious banquet hall and a lounge with room for all 38 guests as well as panoramic views over Ringkøbing Fjord. The large commercial kitchen provides optimal opportunities for preparing meals for many people and is equipped with, among other things, a freezer of over 300 liters.

In addition, there are 7 bathrooms and 7 guest toilets – all with underfloor heating – as well as a separate shower room with two private cabins. Heating is primarily via district heating, and there is also a wood-burning stove, which creates an extra cozy atmosphere.

Wellness and extra comfort
As an extra luxury, the rectory offers a wellness section with both a large hot tub and sauna – perfect for relaxation after a day by the sea. There is also a small tea kitchen here, ideal for quick meals or snacks.

Plenty of space for play and outdoor activities
Outside awaits a large lawn area of 3000 m², where both children and pets can roam freely. There are plenty of opportunities for play, ball games and shared activities. The cozy terraces invite relaxing moments and atmospheric barbecue evenings with the whole group.

The rectory is located in the scenic Årgab, only 250 meters from the beach and a few kilometers south of Hvide Sande.
