It sits on a 1600 m² natural plot – only 300 metres from sea and fjord, and very close to a fishing lake, which you can reach in just 550 metres. The nearest shops are in Hvide Sande, 4.5 kilometres away. The house, which was built in 1990, offers 210 m² of living space and was partially renovated in 2024. It comfortably accommodates 10 people and 1 infant up to 3 years old, and you can bring 3 pets.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 4 single beds plus a cot, where you can sleep safely and peacefully after a day full of adventure. The two bathrooms each have a shower and toilet. One bathroom also has a spa bath for two people for relaxation. The large, open kitchen and living room provide the perfect setting for cosy hours with family and friends. Here you can enjoy interesting conversations, play board games, enjoy the warmth from the wood-burning stove or relax with a good book on the sofa. The house is heated by an energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump. Underfloor heating is installed in the entrance, kitchen, living room and both bathrooms. There is also a wood-burning stove, washing machine and a 100-litre freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, fan oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Outside you will find several lovely terraces and a large, unobstructed garden, where children and dogs can play freely, while adults enjoy nature and peace on the sun loungers. The house also has a winter garden, a storage room, a carport and ample parking in front of the house. Entertainment is provided via a TV, Chromecast, Bluetooth speakers, German TV channels and free Wi-Fi. For more games and fun, including friendly matches, table football, billiards and air hockey, there is an opportunity to play in the activity room.

The charming harbour town of Hvide Sande is only 4 kilometres away and offers shopping, specialist shops, good restaurants and a lively harbour atmosphere. The house is ideally located for recreational anglers, as there is a put & take fishing lake just 550 metres away.
