Tingodden 300 is a charming and well-maintained holiday home in Årgab, where you live just 250 metres from the beach. Here you get a holiday base with plenty of cosiness, peace and closeness to nature – perfect for both couples and families who want a relaxing holiday by the sea.

The house is 65 m² and is bright and functional with large windows that bring nature right in. The living room is the natural gathering point of the house with:

The open kitchen is well-equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and a large 100-litre freezer – everything you need for holiday meals.

The holiday home has 2 bedrooms in the main house plus a cosy annex with extra sleeping places. In total there are:

The house has a bright bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and tumble dryer – practical and comfortable, especially outside the summer season.

Outside you will find both a covered and open terrace, and the large natural grounds provide plenty of space for play and relaxation. There is a swing, sandpit, slide and seesaw, so the children can really have fun.

1 dog is allowed, and the area is ideal for long walks in the dunes and along the beach.
