This lovely summer house has a spacious living room with a nice sofa corner with space for the whole family and a dining area, also with plenty of room if, for example, someone wants to play board games while others prepare food in the new, lovely kitchen, which is in open connection with the living room.

The living room has large windows, so you can enjoy the view of all the greenery. There are double doors out to the large, covered terrace. There is TV with Danish channels, cable TV and Chromecast.

The house has 4 good bedrooms with double beds, 2 of the rooms have 2 single beds that can be joined into double beds. There is a high chair and a cot available. There are bed linens and towels available. If you need it, you take care of washing yourself.

Bathrooms have shower and toilet.

The house is situated on a lovely plot of approx. 1200 m2. There are two terraces at the house – an open terrace of 20 m2 and a covered terrace of 35 m2. Here you can sit and grill in the evening, even if the weather is not quite as you could wish for.
There is a bonfire area, so you can bake marshmallows or roast sausages, and there is also parking on the plot. There is a trampoline and sandbox in the garden.

From the house it is approx. 2.5 km to the small Hvalpsund harbour, from where the ferry sails over to Sundsøre. The sailing trip takes approx. 10 min, and the ferry sails every half hour.

The bathing facilities are good. Hvalpsund Strand is a wide sandy beach with really good conditions for both children and adults. A diving tower provides challenges for the older children, and surfers also have good conditions, as there are as many as 3 surf spots.

In the Hvalpsund area there is also a cosy marina and several good restaurants as well as a beautiful 18-hole golf course.

The house is not rented out to youth groups
