So you've found it and don't need to search any longer – now you just need to find an available week. The house is close to the water (20 metres), has a sauna, lake views and a wilderness bath. Welcome!

Regardless of season, you have the opportunity here to spend a lovely holiday week or two in the house or use this wonderful house as a base. The house is right next to Lake Immeln in Skåne, very centrally located for excursions in Skåne, southern Småland and Blekinge.

Private bathing jetty 20 metres from the house. Nice bathing water. Canoes and SUP (stand up paddles) can be rented from the neighbour, Breanäs Hotel, which also has a restaurant where you eat fantastically well, if you're lucky enough to get a table. There's a small road between the house and the beach, but the house is situated higher up, so cars can barely be seen.

Peaceful with possibilities. Excursions or cosy time at home – you choose, and whatever you choose, you'll surely be satisfied.

Here is a wood-fired sauna with space for up to 8 adults (you must buy dry firewood yourself, for example at a petrol station). The wilderness bath is in the garden with a view over the lake.

If you want to fish, you can buy a fishing permit at the hotel. There are lovely walking trails right outside the house. Including a small circular route of 2.4 km (partly along the lake) and another more child-friendly route of 3.3 km that goes through a moss-covered "troll forest".

There is a paddling course in Sibbhult (7 min. by car) and several excursion destinations, bathing spots, flea markets etc. in the area. There is also a playground nearby if you have small children with you.
The holiday home has a total of 4 bedrooms (all with doors). 3 of the bedrooms have double beds/2 single beds placed next to each other. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 people.

The kitchen is well-equipped, and there's an opportunity for a good chat while the washing-up is done together, as there is no dishwasher. The house has a washing machine.
There is access to 2 older bicycles, provided that previous guests have left the bicycles in usable condition, and there are also various games, outdoor toys, hammocks etc. There is of course also a grill, terrace and garden furniture.

Electricity costs are charged (according to consumption) at the current daily rate and paid directly to the owner on site. A deposit of SEK 4.000 is paid on site to the house owner. Final cleaning is mandatory and is paid with 1.950 SEK on site. Electricity is settled on site at SEK 4.50 per kWh
