The summer house is nice and well-maintained, and is located close to the water and one of Fyn's best beaches. It is only 150 m to the sea. The nearest shop is located at a distance of 750 m. A holiday in this summer house in Hasmark is a good starting point for a cosy and active family holiday. The holiday home is located on a 398 m² garden plot and has 74 beautiful m². The house was built in 1964 and underwent extensive renovation in 2019. The house has 2 bedrooms with respectively 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. In the living room there are also 2 possible sleeping places on a double sofa bed. The summer house is suitable for 6 people. 2 of the sleeping places are only suitable for older children (4-18 years). The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator, 4 induction hobs, a convection oven and a dishwasher, while the living room offers a wood-burning stove and a TV corner. The TV is used via internet (Wireless internet is available). In the house there is 1 bathroom with shower cubicle and 1 toilet. In addition to the wood-burning stove, there is an energy-saving heat pump for heating the house. There is also a washing machine and freezer with a capacity of 20 litres. The holiday home includes an open terrace area and an approximately 30 m² enclosed terrace, where you can enjoy lovely moments depending on the weather and mood. There is also access to a garden room. There is parking directly at the holiday home. As a general rule, it is not permitted to bring pets. However, you are welcome to send an email to customer service with information about your pet; breed, age, weight etc. - so the owner can assess whether it will be possible. In just under 30 minutes by car you can reach Odense, where you can visit H.C. Andersen's house, go to the Zoo or shop in Rosengaardscenteret.
