In Kalundborg you will find an exciting harbour environment and a relaxed town centre with a historic core.
Vesterlyng Strand, which is located a few kilometres away, with its distinctive nature and shallow water is one of the best and most child-friendly sandy beaches in West Zealand.
The house is situated on a pleasant plot, with a good south-west facing terrace area, where the summer sun and outdoor life can be enjoyed with friends and family.
This well-appointed house of 70 m2 contains two cosy bedrooms, a spacious alcove of 133 cm x 200 cm as well as a loft with 2 mattresses. The two bedrooms are furnished with two 140 cm x 200 cm beds. In the house, the kitchen, dining area and living room are in open connection and form the natural gathering place for cosiness and socialising. In the bathroom, entrance and kitchen there are tiles and underfloor heating.
The house is well insulated and heated with a brand new air-to-air heat pump. You can also supplement with heat from the cosy wood-burning stove.
