The studio building is located on the idyllic and scenic Sturkö in Karlskrona's archipelago!

There is walking distance to bathing facilities and fishing. Pike fishing is particularly popular. The area offers beautiful nature as well as proximity to grocery store, restaurant/pizzeria, bakery, playground, café and refreshments at the windmill etc. Five kilometres away there is a campsite with mini golf course, larger bathing beach and football pitch.

There are good connections to Karlskrona – only 500 metres to the bus stop and 1 km to the ferry, which takes you to Karlskrona in 15 minutes. Pack a picnic basket and explore the eastern archipelago with direct ferry connection from Sturkö. By car you reach Karlskrona city centre in 30 minutes. Note that although Sturkö is an island, there is a bridge connection all the way to the house at no cost.

The studio building is 60 m² and was built in 2000. There is parking with the option of destination charging for electric cars. Price is agreed directly with the house owner.

The studio building consists of two parts with separate entrances. Between the doors is a covered veranda, which makes it easy to move between the rooms without getting wet. One part consists of a living room with kitchen, the other part of a shower cubicle, toilet and a bedroom on the first floor. In the living room with open ceiling and large light intake there is a dining area, sofa group, reclining chair and 46 inch full-HD TV with free Swedish channels.

Free fibre WiFi with good capacity. In addition, an air heat pump has been installed, which provides pleasant cooling on warm days. The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, a convection oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave as well as fridge and freezer.

The bedroom has four 80 cm box mattresses, which can easily be moved around for optimal comfort. Travel cot for children and high chair can be borrowed. In the room with toilet and shower cubicle there is also a washing machine.

The studio building is located on the same grounds as the owners' house, a cottage and a bakery building approximately 30 metres away. The grounds are 3000 m² and green, and the garden is shared with the owners. On the south-east side of the building is a neighbouring property with a house approximately 50 metres away. You also have your own terrace with garden furniture and grilling facilities.

Maximum 4 persons. Space can be arranged for an additional 2 persons for 500 SEK per person per week with a folding bed in the living room.
