Indoors, the holiday days can be enjoyed in relaxed surroundings. The wood-burning stove creates cosiness on cool evenings, while the heat pump contributes to a comfortable temperature. The house has neither internet nor TV, so there are good opportunities to disconnect and spend time together. Note that wood for the wood-burning stove must be brought with you.

The house also includes an annex of 12 m² with space for two people. This provides extra flexibility when multiple generations or friends holiday together.

The water is only 600 metres from the house, so a trip to the coast can quickly become part of the day's programme. The area by Klint offers a varied coast with stones, smaller sandy patches and the distinctive Klintebjerg, where the cliffs rise up to 35 metres above sea level.

Go on walks and cycling trips in the area, hunt for fossils along the coast or visit Nykøbing Sjælland with shops, cafés and restaurants. Odsherred is a UNESCO Global Geopark and known for its distinctive ice-age landscape, coastline and many nature experiences.

Nearby you will also find Odden Harbour with a fish shop and Rørvig Harbour, where you can enjoy lunch, catch crabs and experience the cosy harbour atmosphere. There is also a short distance to Nykøbing Sjælland.

For families with children, there is only around 10 minutes' drive to Sommerland Sjælland. After a day at the beach, excursions or activities, it is nice to return to the house, light the wood-burning stove and enjoy a holiday where togetherness is in focus.
