Step into the spacious bathroom and pamper yourself with a shower niche or a relaxing time in the spa bath, followed by a visit to the sauna - a true oasis of well-being. The modern kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooker, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, invites you to cook and culinary adventures. An extra fridge-freezer in the annex provides even more space for fresh ingredients and delicious dishes. And with the utility room, which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, practical needs are also covered. The bright and airy living room is furnished with lovely leather furniture, including stressless chairs, which invite cosy moments in front of the wood-burning stove. Entertainment is assured with TV, satellite dish and DVD player, as well as stereo radio with CD and wireless internet, so you can stay connected to the world if you wish. It should be noted that the bathroom contains a sauna and a new spa bath with massage and thermostat (year 2026). The house has three comfortable bedrooms, accommodating seven people, and there is even a high-voltage socket for electric cars if you arrive with one. Outside awaits a true natural gem. The house is surrounded by a spacious heather-clad natural ground, embraced by majestic pine trees, which create an intimate and undisturbed atmosphere. Two south-facing terraces give you the opportunity to enjoy the sun in all its glory and embrace the fresh air. This is a place where you can enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise and end the day with beautiful sunsets. The area offers an abundance of experiences.
