Here there is room for both cooking, games at the dining table and relaxation on the sofa. Large skylights let daylight stream in and give the room an open and bright atmosphere – regardless of the weather outside. There are two bedrooms – one large and one smaller – both with double beds. (160cm and 140cm wide) The house also includes a cozy annex, furnished as a TV room, where you can stream your favorite content from your mobile – or take an undisturbed nap in peace and quiet on one of the two beds. Both the house and annex have energy-efficient heat pumps installed, which can both cool and heat. Outdoors you will find two beautiful terraces: a morning terrace for your first cup of coffee as the sun rises in the east, and an evening terrace facing west with grill and good furniture, perfect for afternoon drinks and cozy dinners on long summer evenings, either under the open sky or under the covered terrace. And for the family's youngest (or young at heart) the garden offers a sunken trampoline – perfect for play and movement in the fresh air. In addition, the large grass areas invite ball games and Viking games. If you are coming in an electric car, there is an accessible 11kw charger only 300m away, Norlys 150kw charger at Spar (1.8km) and several in Skælskør town. Pets are not allowed
