This little gem of a holiday home is furnished with a warm and personal style that invites relaxation, cosiness and quality time. Here you can enjoy a week filled with relaxation, board games, swimming from the almost 100-metre-long bathing jetty, as well as beautiful walks in the scenic area.

In the centre of the house is a bright and inviting living room, which is integrated with the smaller but functional kitchen. Here there is room for both cooking, games at the dining table and relaxation on the sofa. Large skylights let daylight stream in and give the room an open and bright atmosphere – regardless of the weather outside.

There are two bedrooms – one large and one smaller – both with double beds. (160cm and 140cm wide)

The house also includes a cosy annex, furnished as a TV room, where you can stream your favourite content from your mobile – or take an undisturbed nap in peace and quiet on one of the two beds.

Both the house and annex have energy-efficient heat pumps installed, which can both cool and heat.

Outdoors you will find two beautiful terraces: a morning terrace for your first cup of coffee as the sun rises in the east, and an evening terrace facing west with a grill and good furniture, perfect for afternoon drinks and cosy dinners on long summer evenings, either under the open sky or under the covered terrace.

And for the family's youngest (or young at heart), the garden offers a sunken trampoline – perfect for play and movement in the fresh air. In addition, the large grass areas invite ball games and Viking games.

If you are coming in an electric car, there is an accessible 11kw charger just 300m away, Norlys 150kw charger at Spar (1.8km) and several in Skælskør town.
