In the lovely holiday oasis, Kongsmark Strand, lies this well-maintained holiday home, where you can enjoy life both indoors and outdoors. The house has a lovely enclosed garden with two terraces, and it is insulated, so it can be used year-round.

The house is located in a quiet and peaceful holiday home area only approx. 400 m from the water, which invites you to refreshing dips and long walks on the beach – depending on wind and weather. You are also close to a trail system, green areas and a shared playground.

The house is cosily furnished with large, bright rooms, and there is even underfloor heating in the entrance, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen and living room are in open connection with each other. The two-sided kitchen presents itself well-maintained with white fronts and wooden worktops. The living room has a lovely wooden floor and is furnished with a wood-burning stove, which you can light as needed. In the living room you can relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy yourself around the dining table, and in summer you can take advantage of the direct access to the covered terrace.

The house also contains three fine bedrooms and a nice bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located in the annex, which adjoins the terrace. In the annex there is also an extra bathroom with toilet and shower.

You can look forward to spending the warm summer evenings on one of the two terraces. Either on the sheltered, wind-protected terrace with access from the kitchen, where there is also a charming garden fireplace, or on the covered terrace facing west, where it is ideal to relax on a sun lounger.

A few minutes' drive from the holiday home is the local grocer, an ice cream shop and various restaurants, while Slagelse is approx. 20 minutes' drive from the house.
