This spacious holiday home of 136 m² contains four bedrooms and a total of eight sleeping places. It is fully heated with underfloor heating and furnished with comfortable details that make it easy to feel at home. The house offers two bathrooms, one of which has a sauna and spa, while the other contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a bright kitchen-living room, activity room and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings.

House and garden: The garden is fenced (which does not always prevent beautiful deer from visiting) and there is shelter from westerly winds from large trees on neighbouring properties, where woodpeckers and other birds reside. The lawn is ideal for outdoor games and activities (various outdoor games are available for free use) and on the south-facing terraces comfortable garden furniture can be used to enjoy the sun. On the terrace there is a charcoal grill as well as a dining area and a cosy corner with a corner sofa (cushions are available indoors). An extension cable for charging an electric car can be borrowed (the power outlet is close to the front door).

Inside, the open kitchen-living room allows for socialising at the dining table, which can be extended, or relaxation in the large corner sofa in front of the TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking, including induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, freezer and coffee machines. In the activity room there is a pool/snooker table and board games, which makes the house suitable for both families and groups of friends.

The location in Kostræde Banker provides access to both peaceful surroundings and exciting excursion opportunities. Within a few minutes you can walk to Dybsø Fjord or the local supermarket, while the beach at Svinø is only 7 km away. The area invites hiking through varied nature, where you encounter birdlife, agricultural landscapes and coastal areas.

There are many nature experiences: At Avnø Nature Centre there are marked hiking trails and a chance to see seals. Knudshoved Odde offers rare plants and protected landscape. For culture and family experiences, Gavnø Castle with gardens and climbing park, Skovtårnet at Gisselfeld or Køng Museum can be reached on short drives. The nearby towns of Næstved, Vordingborg and Præstø offer restaurants, shopping, museums and activities for all ages.

All in all, the house combines spaciousness, good facilities and a location close to both nature and culture, making it ideal for a varied holiday.

Spray bottle with disinfectant for surfaces is found in the cabinet in bathroom 2 (the room with washing machine/tumble dryer).

6. Large waterproof sheets (2 pieces) for standard single beds are found in the cabinet in room 4
7. Children's cutlery, plates, bowls, cups are found in a white box in the kitchen cabinet
