The indoor swimming pool is the extra spice in this classic Swedish holiday home! Here you live close to forest and lake, with only approximately 200 metres to the lake Röasjön, where you can for example fish for perch, or take a dip from your small jetty.

Here is a large plot (approx. 9.000 m2), lovely for children on holiday and for adults seeking relaxation and peace. Here is a swing for the children and a grill for the adults. Holiday joy, holiday relaxation and excursions.

The indoor pool is approx. 32 m2! If you want to take a trip out to the sea to enjoy the salty waves, there is only approx. 30 km to the popular Halmstad. Shopping and restaurants are approx. 15 km from the house, and if you enjoy golf, the nearest course is only approx. 20 km away.

If you fancy fishing for rainbow trout, this is possible approx. 5 km from the house (for a fee).

The house was built in a period in Sweden when they built beautifully and well, namely in the 1920s. Since then the property has been renovated several times, most recently in 2009, and the owners have recently bought new beds and new mattresses. There are 7 really good sleeping places and also a sofa bed in the living room, which suits 1 adult or 2 children. There are 3 bedrooms in total. 2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 3 single beds.

You must not deprive yourselves of taking an excursion, even though you have a lovely time by the swimming pool, by the lake and in the garden. There is plenty to see in the local area, both in the forests and towards the sea.

Deposit of SEK 1.500 – alternatively Euro 150 – is paid to the owner on site. Electricity consumption 2.50 per kWh, paid on site
