Here there are good opportunities for both walks and cycling trips as well as swimming from the bathing bridge right by the beach access. The house has a perfect location on a quiet road, only 250 meters from the beach, where you will find a shop (self-service open 24 hours) pizzeria (open in summer) and ice cream shop (open in summer) Kramnitze also has a cozy old fishing village, now also with shelter space and beach volleyball court. The summer house has been newly renovated in 2026, perfect for families with children and guests with dogs. In the living room there is a cozy alcove for reading and relaxation as well as a lovely wood-burning stove, which creates authentic summer house atmosphere all year round. The large terrace with gas grill invites you to shared meals and long summer evenings. The area offers beautiful nature, good walks in an area rich in wildlife and the dike for walks and running. If the beach is not enough for those who love water, Lalandia is only 6 km away along the dike or a trip to Knuthenborg for children who love animals.
