The holiday home is located in the quiet and charming Kramnitze close to the dike and the sea.
Here there are good opportunities for both walks and cycling trips as well as swimming from the bathing bridge right by the beach access.

The house has a perfect location on a quiet road, only 250 meters from the beach, where you will find a shop (self-service open 24 hours) and a Pizzeria (open in summer).
Kramnitze also has a cozy old fishing village, now also with a shelter area and beach volleyball court.

The holiday home has been newly renovated in 2026, perfect for families with children and guests with dogs.
In the living room there is a cozy alcove for reading and relaxation as well as a lovely wood-burning stove, which creates a genuine holiday home atmosphere all year round. The holiday home also offers lightning-fast fiber internet, Chromecast, Apple TV, PlayStation 4 and board games for cozy indoor moments.

2. Bedroom: 160 cm double bed
3. Bedroom: 140 cm double bed, 90 cm single bed, 90 cm bunk bed

Outside you will find a large, enclosed (wire fence-60cm) garden, ideal for children to play and a safe place for the dog. The large terrace with gas grill invites you to shared meals and long summer evenings.
The area offers beautiful nature, good walks in an area rich in wildlife and the dike for walks and running.
If the beach is not enough for those who love water, Lalandia is only 6 km away along the dike or a visit to Knuthenborg for children who love animals.
