The house's natural gathering point is the bright living room in open connection with the kitchen. There is plenty of space here for shared cooking, long dinners and cosy evenings. The kitchen is well-equipped and features, among other things, an American refrigerator with ice dispenser. In the living room you can enjoy films, sports and games on a large 77" high-end OLED TV, while the Sonos system provides good sound throughout the house and the outdoor room. The wood-burning stove creates extra cosiness on cool days and makes the house ideal for stays outside the high season.

The south-west facing outdoor room of 35 m² provides extra living space and plenty of light. From here there is direct access to the terraces and the flat natural grounds. In connection with the outdoor room there is a gas grill, and outdoors you will find a brick grill with outdoor kitchen. In addition, there is a large outdoor spa which can be used all year round. Around the house there are several terrace areas, shelter, bonfire spot and pétanque court, so there are good opportunities for both relaxation, outdoor life and cosy evenings under the open sky.

Indoors there are two bathrooms with underfloor heating and shower alcove. One of the bathrooms has a hot tub and sauna. The activity room makes the house suitable regardless of the weather with table tennis, shuffleboard and billiards. The bedrooms are simply and comfortably furnished, so the house works well for both families and larger groups.

For children and active guests, a large 5 x 3 metre trampoline will be set up on the grounds. In addition, there is access to a shared activity area with, among other things, football pitch, frisbee golf, footgolf, mini golf, playground, sandpit and basketball court. In total you get a holiday home with high comfort, many activity options and space to be together – perfect for summer holidays, weekend stays and cosy stays outside the high season.
