The house is located in very scenic surroundings, near both Lake Kvesarum and Fulltofta Nature Centre. Rowing boats can be rented at Lake Vaxsjön, approximately 10 minutes away by car.
This charming and well-maintained holiday home is located in very scenic surroundings, near both Lake Kvesarum and Fulltofta Nature Centre, a nature reserve with many marked hiking trails. There are several fishing and bathing opportunities in the local area. From the house it is only approximately 6 km to Höör with train connections, shops, golf and Skåne's famous Zoo.
The house itself is on 2 floors and has two bedrooms on the first floor. One room with a double bed and one room with two single beds. On the ground floor there is a room with bunk beds. So there are a total of 6 beds. If there are more than 6 of you, it is possible at certain times during the summer to rent an annex with two beds and a loft. The annex is rented directly from the owner and costs SEK 2.500 per week.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, convection oven and coffee maker. In the living room/dining room there is a wood-burning stove and TV with free Swedish channels and DVD. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower, and the house also has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
In the lush garden there is a sun terrace with garden furniture and a grill. The house is a non-smoking house, and unfortunately it is not possible to bring pets.
The house is centrally located in Skåne, which means you have plenty of exciting excursion opportunities. It is only approximately 50 minutes' drive (60 km) to Skåne's east coast and the beautiful town of Åhus. It takes just over an hour to drive to the Øresund and Helsingborg on the west coast, and Ystad in the far south can be reached in approximately one hour. Between these extremes you will find exactly everything beautiful that Skåne has to offer.
Electricity consumption is paid directly to the owner on site; 3 SEK per kWh.
Final cleaning is mandatory and is paid directly to the owner on site: 1.300 SEK.
Towels and bed linen can be rented from the owner for 180 SEK per set, if ordered well in advance of arrival.
