Wooden holiday home of approximately 95 m2. The living room is cosily furnished with nice furniture, Smart TV with built-in Chromecast and Danish TV channels. As well as German satellite channels, wood-burning stove, heat pump and practical wooden floors. 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed) and wooden floors. Cosy kitchen corner with cooker with glass ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and practical linoleum flooring. From the combined living room and kitchen corner you can enjoy the beautiful view over the landscape and the Limfjord. Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. Cot and high chair. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Pets not allowed. A real holiday home that is incredibly cosy and easy to navigate.

House surroundings
After parking the car directly by the house, an enclosed terrace welcomes you. A lovely garden room makes the house something really special. From both the terrace and garden room there is a beautiful view and the garden room is fantastic both on days with bright sunshine and on days when the weather might not be suitable for being outdoors. There is also a lovely shelter on the grounds, so you have the opportunity to spend the night out in nature. On the well-maintained grounds it is always possible to find shelter or a spot in the sun. Garden furniture, sun loungers and grill can be moved around as desired. Situated high up, undisturbed on a side road on a well-maintained plot of approximately 972 m2. From the house there is a lovely trail system, which in a few minutes leads directly down to the water. Approximately 300 m from the house is the new beautiful wooden nature playground with football pitch and slide and it is not far to shops or to the beach at Gjellerodde. It is only four km to Lemvig town, which is a lively shopping town with many shops, fish restaurant, museum etc.
