The living room is cosily furnished with new furniture and smart TV with DR channels and German programmes as well as Chromecast which allows streaming of TV / radio / Apps, so if you have a mobile phone or other device you can stream whatever you have a subscription to, bluetooth speaker and dining table. Relax in front of the crackling wood stove which together with the heat pump helps reduce heating costs. From the living room there is access via stairs to a lovely loft which is furnished with several play options to the delight of many children and young at heart. Via a staircase you go down to a newer extension where the house kitchen is located. 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 double, 2 single). The kitchen has electric cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment. 2 bathrooms with toilet, sink, shower and tiled floor. One of the bathrooms also has underfloor heating. There are practical hard floors throughout the house. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Max 1 pet allowed. The house's wooden terrace area is something very special and with 3 terraces there is always a place in the sun. Regardless of which terrace is chosen there is always a fantastic view. Plenty of garden furniture. Sun loungers and grill can be moved around on the terraces as desired. Situated high up, undisturbed on a side road on a well-maintained plot of approx. 1,002 m2. From the house there is a lovely trail system which in a few minutes leads directly down to the water. Approx. 300 m from the house is the new beautiful natural playground in wood with football pitch and slide and it is not far to shops or to the beach at Gjellerodde. It is only four km to Lemvig town, which is a lively shopping town with many shops, fish restaurant, museum etc.
