A good house for the small family or a couple. **House surroundings** From the house, a lovely trail system leads directly down to the water in just a few minutes, where there is also a bathing bridge. Not far away is a beautiful natural wooden playground with ball court, swings, slides and much more. There is also a short distance to shops, café and the beach at Gjellerodde. The house has both an open and a covered terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the beautiful view and surroundings in peace and quiet. Only four km away lies Lemvig, a lively market town with many shops, a cosy fish restaurant, museum and much more. The house is also close to Lemvig Golf Club.
