The entrance welcomes you and leads on to a living room with cosy furnishings, a wood-burning stove, dining table and TV with Danish, German, Norwegian and Swedish channels. There is also the possibility of streaming your own streaming services. From the dining table there is a lovely view of the Limfjord. Open-plan kitchen with glass ceramic hob, built-in oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. All this with practical wooden floors. Furthermore 3 smaller bedrooms with carpets. (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed). Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and linoleum floors. Washing machine is in the shed. There is also a heat pump in the house, which makes electric heating cheaper. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Max 1 pet allowed. 

House surroundingsThe house has a brand new small wooden terrace in front by the entrance and a large and partly covered wooden terrace behind the house. This is something very special and there is always a spot in the sun both in the afternoon and evening sun, and not least you can enjoy a very beautiful sunset. Garden furniture, sun loungers and grill can be moved around on the terraces as desired. Situated high up, undisturbed on a side road on a well-maintained plot of approximately 843 m2 with a playhouse and only 500 m. from the Limfjord. From the house there are trail systems which in a few minutes lead directly down to the fjord, bathing beach and bathing jetties. Near the house there is also the new beautiful natural wooden playground with slides, swings and much more. There is also an ice cream kiosk and restaurant here. Incidentally, it is only about four km to Lemvig town, which is a lively shopping town with many shops, fish restaurant, cinema, skate park, museum etc.
