This beautiful holiday home is located on a 1600 m2 plot with a lovely view over the Limfjord. The house accommodates 6 people and there is free internet access. Pets are not allowed. House layout The house is bright and welcoming with large windows that provide good natural light in the rooms. There is a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric ceramic cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and extractor hood. The living room and kitchen have wooden floors. The living room is furnished with leather and upholstered furniture, a lovely wood-burning stove and TV with satellite reception for German channels, DR and TV2. There is also a Chromecast so you have the option to stream your own programmes that you have a subscription to. 3 good bedrooms: 1 double + 1 double + 1 single. The house has 2 bathrooms, the large bathroom has toilet, sink, shower, hot tub and access to sauna as well as underfloor heating. Guest toilet with toilet and sink. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Pets are not allowed. There is a charging point for electric cars, which can be used with a standard plug that the guest brings themselves. House surroundings This beautiful holiday home is located on a 1600 m2 plot with a lovely view over the Limfjord. There is a terrace around the entire house and garden furniture and grill which can be positioned as needed so you have the opportunity to enjoy the view or find a spot in the sun or shade. It is only 350 m down to the Limfjord, where there is a lovely child-friendly beach with a bathing jetty. Close to the bathing beach is the new playground which is made of wood and can be used free of charge. The market town of Lemvig is a short drive from the house and here there are several good restaurants, a playground on the harbour promenade and several good shops. A lovely house in a beautiful area with many good opportunities for walking, running and cycling.
