The house is only for 2 people and for those who want something very special and who want to live close to the beach, shops and restaurants. A little selfish house in the good way.

Lovely little holiday home of approx. 49 m2. The house is cosily furnished with, among other things, nice upholstered furniture and practical wooden floors throughout the house. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Living room with TV (Danish and German channels), DVD player, bluetooth speaker for streaming music and radio channels. Cosy kitchen corner with ceramic hob, extractor hood, built-in oven and fridge with freezer compartment. From the combined living room and kitchen corner, the beautiful view of the water can be enjoyed. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets not allowed. A real holiday home that is incredibly cosy, manageable and absolutely fantastically located.

House surroundings
After parking the car in the car park opposite the house, a partially covered terrace welcomes you. A fantastic enclosed garden and views of the Limfjord make the house something very special. From both the terrace and the living room there is a fantastic view. On the 1,419 m2 large, well-maintained grounds, it is always possible to find a spot in the sun. Plenty of garden furniture. Sun loungers and garden furniture can be moved around the grounds as desired. Located in a quiet holiday home area. From the house there is approx. 20 metres to a charging station for electric cars. There is also a lovely trail system where there is the opportunity for some good trotting tours close to the water. It is only four km to Lemvig town, which is a lively shopping town with many shops, fish restaurant, museum etc.
