Non-smoking house. **House layout** Welcome to relaxation and cosiness in the beautiful kitchen-living room with ceiling all the way to the roof ridge, from which you can go directly out onto the partially covered terrace facing west. Light streams in through the 3 double terrace doors and skylight window, and you have a view of the Limfjord from both the sofa and dining table. There is a wood-burning stove and heat pump, which makes it cosy, comfortable and at the same time saves on the energy bill. Furthermore, the heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven and extractor hood. The microwave is in the hallway. There are 3 good bedrooms, all with double beds, coat racks and cupboards. As an extra comfort, the three rooms do not share walls. In the large bathroom there is toilet, sink, shower cubicle, cupboard, towel hooks and underfloor heating, so it is always warm and pleasant. The large skylight window provides plenty of light and ensures easy and quick ventilation, so a good indoor climate is maintained. In the hallway there is good storage space, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are wooden floors throughout the house except in the hallway and bathroom, where there are tiles. TV with streaming/satellite option, chromecast and DAB radio/CD/bluetooth speaker. **House surroundings** The house is situated on an elevated 880 m² natural plot with a lovely view over the area and out to the Limfjord. The area is quiet and it is a closed road. The terraces go all the way around the house and you can follow the sun around from morning coffee facing east, to lunch in the south and dinner facing west - there is always a place where you can find shelter. Outdoor furniture: 2 garden tables, 6 garden chairs, 2 sun loungers and 1 grill. In just 5 minutes you can walk down to the beach via the stairs. Here you can jump in the water from the bathing jetty, visit the playground or get an ice cream at Cafe Odden, which is both a restaurant and kiosk. They normally open from Easter to late October. **The area** There are good trail systems around the holiday home area, with courses for both petanque and krolf. If you prefer longer walks, you can continue on the planet trail towards Lemvig or around Gjeller Lake. In 10 minutes you can drive into the beautiful, old market town Lemvig, where you can stroll around the harbour, visit one of the many specialist shops, visit a museum and eat at one of the restaurants. On the way there you pass a golf course, which is situated with a beautiful view over the Limfjord. In 20 minutes you can drive to: The North Sea at Vejlby Klint. The harbour town Thyborøn, where there are lovely fish shops and restaurants, exciting museums or take a ride on a Puch maxi tour. Borbjerg Lighthouse, where you can enjoy the view and beautiful nature, walks down to the beach or around the top of the cliffs. Klosterheden Plantation, where you can choose between many walking and mountain biking routes.
