The house is divided into 2 sections. **Section 1:** This section is the old main house and was renovated in 2018. 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 double, 2 single). The living room has upholstered furniture, TV with German and Danish channels, radio/CD/DVD and dining table. Kitchenette with ceramic hob, built-in oven, extractor hood, dishwasher and refrigerator, separate freezer (100L). Beautiful bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and tiled floor with underfloor heating. The toilet has good turning space for the wheelchair. **Section 2** This section is part of the large extension which was completed in 2020. 2 bedrooms (1 double, 2 single). Beautiful bathroom with toilet, sink, shower cubicle and infrared sauna / wellness cabin, washing column with washing machine and tumble dryer and tiled floor with underfloor heating. **Common room / activity room:** The 2 sections are connected by a fantastic, bright and friendly common room which was also part of the extension from 2019. Here you will find extra tables with wicker chairs, table football and darts. A unique gathering place for the whole family with opportunities for fun and games. The house has district heating which provides cheap heating for the entire house as well as a ventilation system which constantly seeks to replace the air in the house. There are practical hard floors with underfloor heating in all rooms and the different levels in the house are easily managed with the installed, level-access ramps in the house. Non-smoking house. Max 1 pet allowed. **House surroundings** The 2,150 m2 plot is a chapter in itself. A lovely enclosed sunny courtyard with views over the landscape welcomes you. There is always shelter and there are garden furniture and gas grill. There is also an elevated terrace with garden furniture and views over the landscape and to the charming village church. On the plot a paved level-access path system has been created so a wheelchair user can move around the plot independently. There is plenty of shelter due to the lush planting which has reached just the right, unobstructed height. The village of Hove is a small village, but an evening stroll under the street lights is always pleasant and both the North Sea and the charming market town of Lemvig are reached in 10 minutes by car. Within 30 minutes you can reach many activities, restaurants, shopping opportunities and always lovely Thyborøn.
