The house is very close to nature by Gjeller Lake and the Limfjord and is a manageable holiday home in all seasons. Smoking is not permitted. There is wireless internet access throughout the house.

House layout The 86 m2 is really well utilised. Kitchen corner and living room are in the same room. The living room is furnished with leather furniture, TV with Danish and German channels. The house also has a lovely wood-burning stove which together with the heat pump provides lovely warmth and both help to save on consumption. From the living room there is access to a covered and enclosed terrace/garden room. The beautiful new kitchen corner offers everything you need. Glass ceramic hob, built-in oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 single, 1 single). Lovely bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The hallway is fitted with good cupboard space and has a washing machine. Easy-to-clean floors throughout the house. Non-smoking house. Max 2 pets allowed.

House surroundings The house is situated on approximately 930 m2 of well-maintained grounds. There is a fully enclosed terrace/garden room, with access from the living room, where there are garden tables and chairs. There are several terraces around the house and garden furniture, sun loungers and grill can be moved as needed. Despite the relatively remote and quiet location, in summer there is only approximately 400 metres to Gjeller Odde cafeteria and kiosk which is a popular destination for locals. Here is also the most child-friendly beach in the entire Lemvig Municipality and it is always a hit to take the children here along with the obligatory ice cream purchases from the kiosk. The house is a short distance from the Limfjord where you can get close to nature. Thus there are several oyster and mussel banks very close to shore around Gjeller Odde, which indicate that here you have the Limfjord's cleanest water. From the house there is a nice trail system which leads you around the area, down to the water or to the area's new beautiful natural playground in wood with football pitch and slide. Incidentally, it is only approximately 6 km to Lemvig town, which is a lively shopping town with many shops, fish restaurant, cinema, skate park, museum etc.
